Job Responsibilities
Handle daily rebate and incentive claim settlements for partners, including collecting claim reports, verifying data, and performing incentive calculations.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team and external partners to ensure smooth and accurate settlement processes.
Conduct quarterly channel incentive reconciliations with all partners.
Support the team in enhancing the efficiency of rebate management and utilization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong interest and comfort in working with numbers and calculations.
Able to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
English is required for daily work communication; Mandarin is an advantage.
