Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Charter Base Operations Manager located in Phuket, Thailand. The Charter Base Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the charter base, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain the quality and readiness of the fleet. Responsibilities include coordinating charters, managing owners, handling customer inquiries, overseeing the yacht maintenance and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in yachting, boat management, or business aviation
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a team and work independently
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the yachting industry
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Hospitality, Maritime Studies, or related field preferred
• Sales experience
• Customer Service
