Summary

The Chef de Cuisine - Lido isresponsibleforexhibitsstrongculinarytalents in Italian and Mediterraneancuisinebypersonallyperformingtaskswhileleading the staff and managingallItalian, Mediterranean, breakfast, poolside, and all-daydiningfoodrelatedfunctions. Works tocontinuallyimproveguest and employeesatisfactionwhilemaximizing the financial performance ofmanagedareas. Supervises Lido kitchen as well as otherrelatedfoodoperations in the hotel toensureconsistent, high-qualityproducts are produced. Responsibleforguiding and developing staff. Ensuresexemplarysanitation and food safety standards are achievedwhilstminimizingfoodwastage.

Qualifications

Basic Function:

.Ensure a service- oriented culture focusingonguests needs

.Establish and manage a strongworkingrelationshipwithconsultantgroupMaximal

concepts

.Be wellversed in the hotel'sfire and life safety emergencyprocedures

.Applynecessaryprecautionswithregardsto the hotel food safety and hygienestandards

(HACCP)

.Buildstrongworkingrelationshipswithotherculinary and hotel departments

.Attendall briefings, meetings and trainings as assignedbymanagement

.Attendmeetingswith senior managementtodiscuss future businessstrategies and

reviewongoingactionplans and progress

.Maintain the highest standard of personal appearance and cleanliness

.Performotherdutiesassignedby the management
