You will be responsible for:
•Contribute culinary creativity and maintain high Italian food quality and presentation standards.
•Responsibly operate and control the outlet's kitchen equipment, cost control and operate according to Amari standards.
•Ensure smooth and effective communication among the kitchen, restaurant and other department teams.
•Maximize productivity and maintain harmony among all team members, while building meaningful relations with guests, clients and other partners.
•Bring fun to work; every day.
Qualification
•Minimum 3 years experience in the upscale hospitality and Italian restaurant segments in Thailand.
•Experience in a Chef de Cuisine position in upscale Italian Restaurants.
•Bachelor degree or diploma from a recognized Culinary Institute.
