Job Description
As a Process Engineer II here at Solstice, you will employ critical thinking in a clean room environment. Use your knowledge of chemistry fundamentals to help Solstice deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work under direct supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented chemists to develop and optimize chemical formulations, conduct experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development of Solstice's next generation of products. You will run experiments and tests to aid in the development of improved manufacturing procedures and processes. You will be a part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the success of our projects and programs.
In this role, you will impact the seamless integration of chemistry principles into product development, enhancing the quality and innovation of Solstice's offerings. Your leadership fosters a dynamic and collaborative environment, ultimately driving the company's success by pushing the boundaries of scientific possibilities.

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of chemical processes and solutions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive product development and improvement
- Provide technical expertise and support in troubleshooting and process optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 2+ years of experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Experience in a clean room laboratory
