What You'll Do
- Guarantee the quality of PGP products through rigorous testing and compliance with international standards (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, GMP).
- Lead and support a dynamic team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Perform advanced laboratory analysis, maintain critical equipment, and drive process optimization.
- Champion Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture and contribute to sustainability initiatives.
- Innovate with statistical tools and problem-solving techniques to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's in Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years in major laboratory operations (preferably gases analysis).
- Strong technical skills in gas chromatography and analytical instruments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems.
