• Viennoiserie (croissants, danish, brioche, etc.)
• Leading and mentoring a professional bakery team
• Maintaining high standards in a fast-paced, luxury environment

Qualifications:

Vocational/Technical certificate or diploma in bakery or related field

13 years of experience in a similar role at an international hotel

Strong leadership and time-management skills

Ability to handle a high-volume workload with precision and creativity
