Deliveree's Chief Commercial Officer is a high-ownership role in a growth stage technology environment, perfect for overseas MBA graduates returning to Thailand who are ready to scale a business and lead a large cross-functional team. As Chief Commercial Officer, you will own the commercial strategy and execution end-to-end, driving growth across both B2B enterprise and retail channels, delivering strong unit economics, and contributing to building a high-performing organization that operates with speed, discipline, and customer obsession.

You will lead a large team that spans across different departments including sales, marketing, product and technology, and work closely with regional leadership and cross-country teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own Thailand's commercial strategy, operating plan, and execution across related functions with clear goals and accountability.
• Scale Deliveree's business in Thailand across B2B (enterprise, mid-market, small merchant) and retail sides through acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Build a strong market position through competitive strategy, pricing, account coverage, and go-to-market excellence.
• Act as Thailand's voice of the market and work with regional product team, other country leaders, and stakeholders to drive product and service enhancement.
• Hire, coach, and develop leaders and teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Thai fluency and strong professional English (written and verbal).
• Graduates from a strong MBA program with 5+ years full-time relevant work experience.
• High accomplishment and overachievement in prior positions.
• Proven track record leading sizable cross-functional teams and delivering results (growth, profitability, turnarounds, or scaling).
• Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution; comfortable being close to details when necessary.
• High proficiency with modern tools and software.
• Highly analytical and metrics-driven.
• Extraordinary work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Strong undergraduate academic performance.
• Experience in technology, marketplaces, logistics, e-commerce, or related sectors is a strong plus.
