About Profile:
This individual will drive the growth strategy by managing the entire sales
pipeline, from lead generation and prospecting to proposal development,
presentations, contract negotiations, and deal closures. The Director, Business
Development will work closely with leadership teams, including Chief Creative
Officers and business unit heads, to define project scopes, pricing strategies,
and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy across all business
verticals.
- Identify and target new business opportunities across Thailand and the Middle
East, with an emphasis on global hotel operators, real estate developers, F&B
investors, and lifestyle brands.
- Own and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a structured approach to lead
qualification, prospecting, proposals, and deal closure.
- Conduct high-impact sales presentations and lead contract negotiations with
clients.
- Establish and maintain strong industry relationships to drive brand visibility and
revenue growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, initially managing 4-5 sales
professionals with potential for expansion.
- Work closely with HR on recruitment and talent acquisition for sales roles to
support business growth in Thailand and the Middle East.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance management for the sales
team to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Implement structured sales processes, documentation, and best practices to
optimize efficiency and ensure compliance.
- Manage the company's CRM system, ensuring customer data, lead records,
and deal progress are accurately maintained.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, pipeline updates,
conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Develop and track KPIs and sales targets, ensuring transparency and
accountability across the business development function.
- Work in tandem with Chief Creative Officers and business unit heads to define
project scopes and pricing strategies.
- Align business development initiatives with company growth objectives and
market trends.
- Provide strategic recommendations for expanding into new markets, adjusting
sales strategies based on regional demand.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking
functions to drive brand recognition and lead generation.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or revenue
generation roles, preferably within hospitality, F&B, real estate, or experience driven
industries.
- Proven track record in closing high-value B2B deals and managing complex
sales cycles.
- Experience in franchising, restaurant management contracts, or digital
marketing services is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, deal structuring, and contract
negotiations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for business development in Thailand, the Middle
East, and other international markets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to set up and scale a structured sales
organization.
