Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 20+ years of leadership experience, including senior executive or CEO-level responsibilities.
- Proven success leading large-scale, multi-functional organizations.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth and business transformation.
- Experience managing complex operations and sizable teams across multiple markets.
