CEO / Country Manager Thailand (Bangkok)

For more than 27 years, Teltonika has been a global leader in IoT solutions, with offices in 27 countries and over 2,500 employees worldwide. Our technologies power connectivity across industries including telematics, networking, and IoT.

We are currently seeking a visionary CEO / Country Manager to lead one of the largest and fastest-growing offices of the Teltonika IoT Group, based in Bangkok, Thailand. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping Teltonika's continued growth and market leadership in Thailand.

As CEO / Country Manager, you will hold full P&L ownership and be responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and commercial success. You will work closely with the global leadership team at headquarters while building and leading a high-performing local organization.

This role requires a proven sales leader and people leader with strong experience in business expansion, team building, and strategic execution.

We are at an exciting stage of our global expansion and are looking for a data-driven, accountable, and entrepreneurial leader to accelerate our growth in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full P&L responsibility, ensuring revenue growth, cost optimization, and sustainable profitability.
  • Define and execute the country strategy aligned with Teltonika's global vision and regional goals.
  • Drive sales performance and market expansion, identifying new business opportunities and strengthening key partnerships.
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams, including recruitment, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Provide quarterly business performance reports to the Group Executive Team, including KPIs, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with global leadership and regional stakeholders to scale the business and expand market presence.
  • Ensure financial health and operational efficiency, making strategic decisions to optimize profitability and long-term sustainability.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and conduct structured reviews with senior leadership team members.
  • Deliver on sales and cost targets set by the Head of Regions.
  • Implement and adapt internal systems, processes, and training programs in alignment with global standards.
  • Partner with global HR and regional stakeholders to ensure compliant and consistent people management practices.
  • Approve and oversee client contracts in compliance with local regulations and legal requirements.
  • Adapt global strategies to local market dynamics, cultural nuances, and customer behavior in Thailand.
  • Represent Teltonika externally, maintaining a strong brand presence within the local business community.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and operational governance.
  • Oversee efficient supply chain and logistics operations, including the management of goods flow.
