Job Description

Yona Beach Club is an innovative player positioned in the premium segment in Thailand, offering a unique concept that combines a beach club experience with a maritime excursion.

Founded 6 years ago, the company has experienced strong and consistent growth, with an exceptionally high annual occupancy rate. Yona is now entering a new phase focused on structuring its organization and accelerating its development, both operationally and through external growth and international franchising.

In this context, we are recruiting a CEO to lead the company's overall performance and support the scaling of its business model.

Role & Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the founders, you will take full responsibility for the general management of the company. Your role will cover a broad scope, including operational, financial, and strategic dimensio

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading all operations and managing teams of approximately 250 employees
  • Monitoring and optimizing the P&L
  • Defining and implementing performance KPIs across all departments
  • Structuring the organization and improving operational efficiency
  • Optimizing costs and payroll expenses
  • Enhancing service quality and customer experience
  • Driving revenue growth
  • Overseeing strategic partnerships and key negotiations
  • Ensuring a premium positioning and strong brand image
  • Gradually contributing to external growth projects and franchise development

Your success will be measured through performance improvements, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and overall profitability.

Profile

You have significant experience (minimum 5–10 years) in a CEO or equivalent executive leadership role, ideally within the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, beach clubs, or premium environments).

You have successfully led large organizations (around 200 employees or more) and demonstrate a strong ability to combine strategic vision with operational excellence.

Conditions

  • Attractive compensation package including variable bonus and performance incentives
