Role Purpose:
The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring robust financial planning, risk management, and operational efficiency. This role will serve as a key advisor to the CEO, management team, and the Board, supporting strategic decision-making, growth initiatives, and investment planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the company's finance function, including accounting, treasury, tax, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth and profitability
- Act as a strategic business partner to management and the Board in decision-making and long-term planning
- Oversee investment analysis, capital allocation, and funding strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards
- Engage and influence internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and controls
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as CFO or senior finance leader in a listed or large-scale organization
- Strong expertise in investment, financial management, and corporate strategy
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic mindset with excellent business partnering skills
- High integrity, mature judgment, and excellent communication skills
