Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the overall financial direction of a fast-growing retail business. This role will play a critical part in driving the company through IPO readiness, fundraising, and scalable expansion.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in capital markets, IPO execution, and diverse debt financing structures, with the ability to build financial infrastructure that supports rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management of the organization
- Drive IPO readiness and execution, including coordination with advisors, regulators, and stakeholders
- Structure and execute fundraising initiatives, including equity and various forms of debt financing (e.g., bank loans, bonds, structured finance)
- Strengthen financial governance, compliance, and reporting in line with public company standards
- Build scalable financial systems, processes, and team to support business expansion
- Provide strategic insights to CEO and Board on growth, investments, and risk management
- Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and investor relations functions
- Partner closely with business leaders to optimize profitability, cash flow, and working capital
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as CFO / Finance Director or senior finance leader
- Hands-on experience with IPO process and listing readiness
- Strong track record in debt financing across multiple structures and instruments
- Experience managing high-growth environment and building scalable organizations
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
