About the Role
Lead and optimize the full spectrum of corporate financing and related strategic initiatives, including origination, structuring, drawdown, roll-over, and ongoing compliance. Oversee a broad range of financing instruments such as LC/TR (Letter of Credit / Trust Receipt), DLC/PN (Documentary Letter of Credit / Promissory Note), Project Financing, Venture Debt, and Structured Debt.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain senior-level strategic relationships with banks, financial institutions, credit rating agencies, and other funding partners.
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth, enhance capital efficiency, and strengthen the company's funding position.
- Lead key strategic transactions and initiatives, including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), IPO preparation, and asset divestments.
- Oversee security structures, risk mitigation frameworks, and covenant management to ensure compliance and financial stability.
Investor and Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the company's primary financial spokesperson to key stakeholders, including current shareholders, institutional investors, analysts, and board members.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations during Board of Directors (BoD), Annual General Meetings (AGM), and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM).
- Lead capital raising activities across both equity and debt markets, domestically and internationally.
- Manage end-to-end investor relations, including investor communications, due diligence processes, valuation analysis, and deal structuring and negotiation through to successful closing.
Executive Leadership of Finance Function
- Provide executive leadership across finance, accounting, and compliance functions to support organizational scale-up and operational complexity.
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, project evaluation, and strategic financial analysis to enable informed decision-making.
- Drive disciplined performance management with a strong focus on cash flow, working capital, margins, and profitability across all business units.
- Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to co-lead business expansion initiatives, M&A evaluations, new business model implementation, and long-term shareholder value creation.
- Establish and continuously enhance robust financial systems, governance frameworks, and reporting structures aligned with institutional investor expectations and IPO-readiness standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or equivalent qualifications and professional experience.
- Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles, including experience at Finance Director or Chief Financial Officer (CFO) level, or in roles with comparable scope and responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience in growth-stage, capital-intensive, or complex business environments, or comparable environments requiring advanced financial leadership.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity, or Private Credit is considered an advantage.
- Proven leadership and expertise in corporate finance, capital raising and fundraising, capital markets, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), stakeholder and investor communication, and strategic execution.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial strategy into measurable business outcomes and long-term value creation.
Pay range and compensation package
- Base salary (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
- Cash Supplement: Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) = 1,200 Baht/month
- 5 working days per week from Monday to Friday (8.00-17.00)
- Car Maintenance: not exceeding 8,000 Baht/Month (Bills required)
- Car Insurance: actual but not exceeding 18,000 Baht/year (Bills required)
- Diligent Allowance: pay annually depending on your attendance record: 4,600-9,000 Baht/year
- Bonus: Based on annual and company performance (last 5 years: 2020 = 4.0, 2021 = 3.5, 2022 = 2.5, 2023 = 4.0, 2024 = 4.5 months)
- Annual Leave: 6 days (JanuaryDecember 2025)
- Provident Fund: Employer contribution = 5%
- Medical Allowance: 6,000 Baht/year (OPD and Dental), accumulable up to 18,000 Baht
- Marriage Allowance: 2,000 Baht
- Children's Scholarship Fund: 2,0005,000 Baht/year
- Funeral Allowance: 10,000 Baht/person (Family only)
- Group Insurance: Muang Thai Insurance (for IPD)
