The CFO holds full accountability for the end-to-end Finance and Accounting function, driving business performance from turnover to operating profit and cash across KCG's multi-category FMCG portfolio. The role serves as the strategic finance partner to the Board, C-Level executives, and all Function Heads — leading performance management, financial stewardship, ESG financial governance, and the development of a high-performing Finance and Accounting team to deliver KCG's short-term and long-term business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain KCG's financial framework, translating strategic plans into financial targets, operating models, and resource allocation priorities — including leading the annual planning cycle to set the operating plan for the following year.
- Drive finance transformation across KCG, covering process optimization, ERP and systems upgrades, and data-driven decision-making.
- Drive in-year financial performance against targets with the Leadership Team, ensuring dynamic resource allocation to maximize returns across KCG's product portfolio.
- Ensure accuracy of financial forecasts and deliver timely management reports with value-added analysis to support decision-making by the Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
- Lead finance value creation with the Board, Top Management, and Commercial Team, constructing financial models and investment frameworks covering channel performance, portfolio analytics, and business case evaluation to support KCG's strategic direction.
- Lead cash generation and working capital optimization initiatives, improving return on capital and ensuring KCG maintains a strong and sustainable financial position.
- Oversee financial control, compliance, and enterprise risk management, ensuring robust internal controls and governance standards are maintained across all KCG operations.
- Lead finance execution for new business development in Thailand and internationally, including transaction structuring, due diligence, and integration support for M&A activities.
- Own the Finance and Accounting people agenda, driving talent development, career progression, and succession planning to build a high-performance team capable of delivering KCG's strategic and operational objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with SEC/SET listing requirements, TFRS/IFRS standards, tax obligations, and sustainability-related financial disclosures, upholding the highest standards of corporate governance and investor transparency.
- Champion ESG financial governance, sustaining KCG's AAA SET ESG Rating through non-financial reporting, green financing, and integration of sustainability metrics into financial planning.
