Our Partner is a well-established Thai holding company with a long-standing reputation in the market. They are currently seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer with strong expertise in brand storytelling to drive innovation and build a sustainable brand for the future.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital marketing channels and the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences while strengthening brand awareness in today's evolving digital landscape.

Position Overview

  • The Chief of Marketing will play a key leadership role in shaping the organization's brand, communication, and sustainability agenda.
  • Reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Director, this role is responsible for overseeing Corporate Communications, Public Relations, CSR and Sustainability functions
  • The position will lead the development of an integrated brand and marketing strategy that supports long-term business growth while strengthening corporate reputation, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability impact.
  • Key responsibilities include defining brand direction across a multi-brand portfolio, elevating corporate communications and public relations in a modern digital landscape, and integrating sustainability initiatives into the company's overall brand narrative.
  • The role will also drive initiatives that enhance visibility of the organization's sustainability programs and community-focused projects, ensuring alignment between corporate values, brand positioning, and market perception.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • MBA , Bachelor Degree of Marketing Fields.
  • This role requires experience in complex organizations with multiple business units or brand portfolios, ideally within listed companies, global corporations, or leading organizations from SET50, SET100 at least 10 years for leader level.
  • The candidate should demonstrate a strong track record in building trust and credibility among diverse stakeholders including investors, partners, employees, customers.
  • A deep understanding of local market behavior, consumer trends, and cultural dynamics is essential in communicating the company's identity and value proposition effectively.
  • Hands-on leadership across corporate branding, corporate communications, sustainability initiatives, and CSR or foundation management is highly valued.
  • Experience managing large cross-functional teams will be important for success in this role.
  • Direct experience in leveraging high-impact digital marketing channels to enhance brand visibility, strengthen corporate reputation, and expand market recognition across a broad audience.
  • Fluent in Thai & English
