Position Overview
The Chief of Investment (CIO) is responsible for leading the company's overall investment strategy, with a primary focus on real estate and commercial building investments. This role oversees the identification, structuring, and execution of joint ventures and strategic investment partnerships with global investors, driving sustainable portfolio growth and long-term returns.
This position is open to both local and expatriate candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's investment strategy in alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop joint venture and co-investment opportunities with global partners and institutional investors.
- Lead investment evaluations, including financial modeling, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
- Oversee capital allocation and monitor investment performance across real estate and commercial building assets.
- Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and execution of investment transactions.
- Provide strategic investment insights and recommendations to the Board and senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners, investors, banks, and external advisors.
Qualifications & Experience
- Senior-level experience in investment management, real estate investment, or asset management.
- Proven track record in global partnerships, joint ventures, and cross-border investments.
- Strong financial, strategic, and negotiation capabilities.
- Experience working with international stakeholders is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team.
