Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy

  • Develop and execute a multi-year commercial strategy aligned with Revomed's growth targets and OEM market dynamics.
  • Define pricing strategy, revenue models, and go-to-market plans for new and existing product lines.
  • Identify and prioritize new markets, geographies, and OEM partnership opportunities.
  • Lead annual sales planning, quota setting, and forecasting processes.

Sales Leadership

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global sales team, including key account managers, business development, and channel partners.
  • Establish and manage OEM partnerships, distributor agreements, and long-term supply contracts.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and RFQ to negotiation and close for strategic accounts.
  • Implement and continuously improve CRM systems, sales processes, and pipeline management disciplines.
  • Monitor KPIs including revenue, margin, win rate, customer acquisition cost, and customer lifetime value.

Marketing & Brand

  • Oversee Revomed's brand strategy, ensuring consistent positioning as a trusted, quality-first OEM partner.
  • Direct B2B marketing initiatives including trade shows, digital marketing, product collateral, and thought leadership content.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.
  • Develop demand generation programs that support pipeline growth and shorten sales cycles.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain to align capacity, lead times, and product roadmaps with commercial commitments.
  • Work with Finance to manage budgets, revenue forecasting, and commercial risk.
  • Represent Revomed at industry events, customer visits, and executive-level negotiations.
  • Report on commercial performance to the Board and investors as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • 12+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales or marketing leadership role.
  • Demonstrated track record in OEM, contract manufacturing, or industrial B2B environments.
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and large account relationships.
  • Experience building and scaling international sales teams and channel partner networks.
  • Strong financial acumen ability to own P&L, interpret margin data, and drive commercial decisions.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with ISO-certified manufacturing environments or regulated industries.
  • Multi-language proficiency or experience managing across regions (APAC, EMEA, Americas).
