Aura Wellness is building one of Thailand's most ambitious healthcare and wellness platforms across premium aesthetics, multi-branch clinic operations, wellness, and future hospital services.

We are looking for a high-caliber Chief of Staff & Director, CEO Office to work directly with the Group CEO / Founder in shaping the next stage of the company.

This is not an executive assistant role.

This is a high-trust builder role for someone who can help the CEO design structure, drive strategic projects, improve execution discipline, and professionalize the organization as it scales.

What you will do

You will act as a force multiplier to the CEO across the group, including:

Leading the CEO Office

Translating CEO priorities into clear workplans, owners, timelines, and decision points

Designing and refining head office org structures

Supporting compensation architecture and role design for key head office functions

Driving cross-functional strategic projects and transformation initiatives

Preparing high-quality decision memos, presentations, and board / management materials

Supporting IPO readiness, governance tracking, and strategic execution cadence

Helping design future departments and leadership structures as the business grows

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone with strong judgment, structure, and execution ability.

Preferred background:

815 years of experience in CEO Office, Chief of Staff, strategy, transformation, top-tier consulting, or corporate strategy

Strong exposure to working with senior executives, founders, or boards

Experience turning ambiguity into structure, operating models, and execution plans

Strong analytical, communication, PowerPoint, and Excel skills

High ownership, discretion, and follow-through

Thai and English proficiency preferred

Highly valued:

Experience in high-growth, multi-site, healthcare, consumer service, retail, hospitality, or public-company environments

Exposure to org design, compensation design, governance, or IPO readiness

Ability to move beyond analysis and drive implementation
