Key Responsibilities
- CEO Agenda & Strategic Priorities
- Convert the CEO's direction into a focused portfolio of company priorities, outcomes, owners, milestones, and decision points.
- Prepare decision briefs, options, trade-offs, and recommendations using reliable data and business context.
- Protect leadership attention by distinguishing urgent noise from high-leverage work and recommending what to stop, defer, delegate, or accelerate.
- Track commitments to closure while keeping accountable executives visibly in ownership.
- Leadership Operating Rhythm
- Design and run an effective cadence for executive meetings, priority reviews, quarterly planning, and cross functional escalation.
- Ensure meetings produce decisions, named owners, deadlines, and documented follow-through rather than status reporting.
- Create a single source of truth for priorities, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
- Improve information flow between the CEO, management team, business units, and enabling functions.
- Cross-Functional Strategic Initiatives
- Lead or incubate high-priority initiatives that do not yet have a natural owner, then transition them to the right long-term owner.
- Build 30/60/90-day execution plans, governance, metrics, and risk controls for ambiguous company-wide work.
- Resolve dependencies across Business, Strategy, Sales, Delivery, Product, Technology, Finance, and People teams.
- Intervene early when an initiative is off track and recommend corrective action.
- Business Performance & Organizational Intelligence
- Synthesize financial, customer, pipeline, delivery, people, and operational signals into concise management insight.
- Identify patterns, root causes, opportunity costs, and emerging risks before they become executive surprises.
- Build dashboards and review narratives that connect activity to outcomes and Balanced Scorecard priorities.
- Support scenario planning, resource allocation, and organization design decisions.
- Executive Communication, Trust & Legacy Systems
- Draft clear executive communications, company narratives, and sensitive stakeholder messages in the CEO's intent without impersonating the CEO's judgment.
- Handle confidential information with exceptional discretion, integrity, and need-to-know discipline.
- Build reusable decision templates, meeting mechanisms, operating playbooks, and knowledge assets that
outlive the role holder.
- Coach project owners to raise their own execution and communication standard.

- Strong business judgment across growth, finance, customers, operations, technology, and people topics.

confidentiality.
