- Oversee the day-to-day operations of more than 50 retail locations across Thailand.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
- Drive a customer-centric culture and continuously improve customer satisfaction and service standards.
- Establish, monitor, and optimize key operational KPIs across all locations.
- Lead, coach, and develop regional, area, and store management teams.
- Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational innovation.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on business planning, expansion initiatives, and strategic projects.
- Manage operational budgets and ensure financial targets are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Support talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience within multi-site retail, hospitality, F&B, consumer services, or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Proven track record managing large-scale operations across multiple locations.
- Strong expertise in customer experience, operational excellence, and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and build high-performance cultures.
- Excellent analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Fluent English required; Thai language skills would be advantageous.
