Chief People Officer

We are seeking a CPO to partner with our leadership team in shaping a people agenda that truly works in the real business world, not just in theory.

This role is for people leader with a strong MNC background, who understands global HR standards and, more importantly, knows how to translate them into practical, locally relevant people solutions. You will play a critical role in blending global workforce practices with local talent, culture, and market realities, ensuring our organization remains competitive, agile, and cost‑effective.

You will be expected to:

• Act as a business leader first, with deep understanding of workforce dynamics, cost pressures, and organizational effectiveness
• Build strong HR foundations that are fit‑for‑purpose, scalable, and aligned with today's economic environment
• Lead and embed a new culture that drives accountability, collaboration, and performance—without excessive complexity or cost
• Partner closely with leaders to navigate change, balance short‑term business demands with long‑term people sustainability, and elevate leadership capability at all levels
• Bring modern HR thinking (data‑driven, pragmatic, employee‑centric) while respecting local workforce context and constraints

We are looking for someone who has:

• Senior HR leadership experience in MNC or complex organizations in manufacturing industries.
• Proven ability to localize global HR frameworks without diluting standards
• Strong commercial judgment, cultural intelligence, and change leadership capability
• The courage to challenge, the discipline to prioritize, and the maturity to deliver results under pressure
