Job Description

Our partner is one of leading food industry in Thailand, now they are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking CPO to lead the people strategy across the evolving organization. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the future of the group, driving organizational alignment, cultural integration, and workforce transformation during a period of significant change.

Key responsibilities :

  • Partner with executive leadership and relevant stakeholders to define and implement HR strategies aligned with goals and integration initiatives.
  • Handle and manage cost, P&L and support business to foresee economic trend.
  • Develop HR roadmaps that support the combined entity's strategic objectives, including organizational design, culture integration, and employee engagement.
  • Drive transformational programs including integration of policies, performance systems, and new organizational structures.
  • Lead Change Management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new work processes, values, and culture across legacy and acquired entities.
  • Oversee workforce analytics, assessing talent gaps for critical roles, redundancy opportunities, and succession planning.
  • Design talent and leadership development programs to build capability and mitigate turnover risks during transitions.
  • Lead analysis and alignment of compensation structures, benefit programs, reward systems, and performance incentives.
  • Develop and deliver integrated HR frameworks that promote fairness, competitiveness, and equity.
  • Lead communications regarding company's updates, manage employee sentiment, respond to queries, and mitigate uncertainties.
  • Develop engagement initiatives and recognition programs to foster inclusivity and belonging.

Qualification:

  • Over 15 years in HR leadership roles, with at least 5 years in Management level within Foods manufacturing industry.
  • Able to develop HR strategy aligned with business goals while actively driving execution across day-to-day HR functions. Experienced in both strategic thinking and operational delivery.
  • Proven ability to architect and execute HR strategies that align with evolving business objectives.
  • Direct experience in HR due diligence, post-merger integration, organizational restructuring, and culture alignment is highly valued.
  • In-depth knowledge of Thailand's labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
