Role Description The Chief People Officer is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the people and culture strategy across I.P. One in alignment with business objectives and core values. This is a full-time on-site role based in Thailand. The role includes overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, organization development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement. The Chief People Officer will lead HR business partners and functional teams, build leadership and succession pipelines, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Day-to-day tasks involve partnering with executives on strategic workforce planning, driving culture and change initiatives, improving HR processes and systems, managing HR metrics and reporting, and fostering a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic HR leadership, including organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Strong background in talent acquisition, employer branding, and succession planning for leadership and key roles.
  • Proficiency in performance management, compensation and benefits strategy, and HR policy development.
  • Experience driving employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
  • Ability to use HR analytics and data-driven insights to guide decisions and measure the impact of people initiatives.
  • Proven capability in coaching leaders, facilitating leadership development, and supporting learning and development programs.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Deep understanding of Thai labor laws and HR practices; prior experience in FMCG or consumer goods is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Track record of leading HR teams, working in multicultural environments, and operating effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
