This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping the Company's people agenda and driving organization-wide transformation. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief People Officer will play a critical role in aligning people strategy, culture, organizational capabilities, and leadership development with the Company's long-term business goals. The successful candidate will be expected to lead cultural transformation initiatives, build future-ready organizational capabilities, strengthen leadership pipelines, and establish modern people practices that support business growth, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role is ideal for a senior HR leader who combines strong business acumen with deep expertise in Organization Development, Culture Transformation, Change Management, and Talent Strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall people strategy to support business growth and organizational transformation.
- Partner with CEO and executive leadership team on talent, culture, and organization effectiveness.
- Drive culture transformation and embed values, behaviors, and leadership expectations across the organization.
- Lead organization development, workforce planning, and organization design initiatives.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition and employer branding strategies.
- Build leadership pipelines, succession planning, and talent management frameworks.
- Oversee performance management, KPI/OKR frameworks, and total rewards programs.
- Champion employee engagement, change management, and high-performance culture initiatives.
- Establish learning and development strategies to strengthen organizational capabilities.
- Leverage HR analytics and workforce insights to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, HR governance, and PDPA requirements.
- Build and lead a high-performing HR team while driving continuous improvement across all people-related functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
- 20+ years of HR experience with at least 10 years in senior HR leadership roles (CPO, HRVP, HR Director, or equivalent).
- Proven experience leading culture transformation, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
- Strong expertise in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Organization Development, Performance Management, and Learning & Development.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategy with business objectives.
- Experience driving HR transformation and data-driven HR practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and executive teams.
- Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and emotional intelligence.
- Experience in fast-growing, transformation-focused, or complex organizations will be highly preferred.
