Chief Product Officer (CPO)
Overview
The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is responsible for defining and executing Bitazza's product vision, strategy, and roadmap across its digital asset ecosystem. This role owns end-to-end product performance, driving user growth, trading activity, and revenue while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
As a member of the executive team, the CPO will build and scale a high-performing product organization and position Bitazza as a leading product innovator in the digital asset space.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and own the long-term product vision aligned with company growth and market opportunities
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities across crypto, blockchain, trading, and adjacent fintech ecosystems
- Translate user insights, data, and market trends into a clear, prioritized product strategy and roadmap
2. Product Execution & Delivery
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous optimization
- Drive high-quality, fast-paced execution through strong prioritization and agile practices
- Balance innovation, speed, and risk in a dynamic and regulated environment
3. Growth & Product Performance
- Own product KPIs including user acquisition, engagement, retention, trading volume, and revenue
- Drive product-led growth through experimentation, funnel optimization, and data-driven iteration
- Continuously improve user experience across onboarding, trading, and asset management journeys
4. Data & Insights
- Build and leverage product analytics to support decision-making and performance tracking
- Translate data, customer insights, and market intelligence into actionable improvements
- Establish a culture of experimentation and measurable impact
5. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to drive execution
- Align product initiatives with go-to-market strategies, monetization, and business priorities
- Ensure speed, clarity, and accountability across cross-functional teams
6. Compliance & Risk
- Ensure all products meet regulatory, compliance, and data privacy requirements in relevant jurisdictions
- Integrate risk management and security considerations into product design and decision-making
- Balance regulatory constraints with product innovation and user experience
7. Organization & Leadership
- Build and scale a high-performing product organization across Product, Design, and Research
- Hire and develop strong product leadership bench to support company growth
- Establish clear ownership, accountability, and performance standards
- Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and Business functions to accelerate execution
Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years in Product Management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling successful digital products
- Experience in fintech, crypto, blockchain, or high-growth technology environments preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading and scaling cross-functional teams
Skills
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
- Deep understanding of product management, UX/UI, and agile methodologies
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- Strong business acumen, including monetization and growth strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience with digital asset trading platforms, exchanges, or financial products
- Familiarity with regulatory environments in Thailand or Southeast Asia
- Exposure to Web3, DeFi, or blockchain technologies
