Summary

We are seeking an innovative and visionary Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to lead our risk management strategy. As the CRO, you will play a crucial role in shaping a risk-aware culture that enhances our decision-making and operational resilience. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our bank not only meets regulatory requirements but also embraces risk as a pivotal component of our growth strategy in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework that aligns with our mission and values.
• Identify, assess, and manage risk exposures across all business areas, ensuring robust mitigation strategies are in place.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a proactive risk management culture, fostering innovation while managing potential risks.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks, advising the executive team on strategic initiatives.
• Lead the risk assessment process for new products and services, ensuring they align with the bank's risk appetite.
• Drive the development of policies, procedures, and systems to identify, monitor, and mitigate risks effectively.
• Engage with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to foster transparent communication regarding our risk management practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chief Risk Officer or in a senior risk management role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of digital banking, fintech, and the evolving regulatory landscape in Thailand.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset focused on innovation and growth.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
