Lead and oversee the organization's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of key organizational risks.
Define and maintain the company's risk appetite and risk governance framework in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and regulatory expectations.
Provide independent risk oversight and advisory to the CEO, Executive Management, and Board of Directors on key risk exposures and mitigation strategies.
Oversee the Legal function, ensuring effective management of corporate legal matters, contractual governance, and legal risk across the organization.
Lead the Compliance function to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, while promoting a strong compliance culture.
Strengthen the organization's governance and internal control environment, including the implementation of appropriate policies, procedures, and control mechanisms.
Ensure effective coordination and integration among Risk Management, Legal, and Compliance functions to support a robust Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework.
Lead and develop high-performing teams within the Risk Management, Legal, and Compliance departments to ensure effective execution of the organization's risk and governance responsibilities.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in risk management, legal, compliance, or governance functions, with exposure to senior or executive-level responsibilities.
Proven expertise in enterprise risk management (ERM), compliance management, and legal governance, including risk assessment, control design, and policy development.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, corporate governance principles, and risk management frameworks.
Possession of relevant professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CRM, CAMS, CIA, or legal qualifications) is required or highly preferred.
High level of integrity, sound judgment, and analytical capability, with a strong risk-aware and governance-driven mindset.
