Overview
Own Neopetal's end-to-end technology strategy across sovereign AI cloud, GPU infrastructure, platform reliability, and AI product delivery. Accountable for system architecture, engineering execution, and ensuring the platform scales securely, efficiently, and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute Neopetal's technical architecture across GPU clusters, cloud orchestration, networking, security, and AI platforms
- Lead and scale engineering, SRE, DevOps, and infrastructure teams with clear ownership and delivery standards
- Partner with the CEO and commercial leadership to align technology roadmaps with revenue, utilization, and customer commitments
- Own reliability, performance, and cost efficiency across the stack, ensuring enterprise-grade SLAs
- Drive vendor strategy for GPUs, networking, data center, and software platforms
- Establish technical governance, security-by-design, and engineering best practices
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, hyperscaler platforms, AI/ML systems, or large-scale distributed systems
- Built and operated production-grade platforms with ability to translate business goals into technical execution
- Experience with GPUs, Kubernetes, high-performance networking, and regulated enterprise environments is strongly preferred

- Bangkok-based. 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
- Fluent in Thai & English required
