Lead the technical side of sales: engage in early-stage conversations, deliver demos, and guide architecture and security discussions.
Serve as a hands-on engineering leader: write code, build integrations, and maintain high-quality standards.
Build and manage a high-performing technical team across engineering, integration, and pre-sales.
Drive customer integrations end-to-end: from scoping to deployment of AI agents, ensuring production accuracy.
Collect customer feedback, localize the product, and represent regional needs to the global product team.
Act as the local technical point of contact, fostering partnerships and managing escalations.
Requirements:
7–8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a track record of shipping real products.
Proven experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or complex technical implementations.
Strong customer-facing experience in roles such as Field CTO, Solutions Architect, or Deployed Engineer, with the ability to translate between technical and business contexts.
Demonstrated leadership experience at Director, VP, or Founder level.
Excellent English (written and spoken) plus fluency in at least one local language.
Comfortable operating independently in a zero-to-one environment—building the plan, team, and systems from scratch.
Bonus: experience in fast-moving startups where speed, ownership, and impact outweigh formal titles.
