Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
We are a subsidiary of Muangthai Group Holding, with a mindset of a technology start-up. We are looking to provide various AI-as-a-service and solutions to various businesses with our own proprietary models of AI and machine learning. To lead our technical vision and build connected systems for the future, we need a Lead-by-Doing CTO who values substance, transparency, and real-world impact over hierarchy.

Job Description
- Define and execute a holistic technical strategy spanning AI, Agentic Architecture, Data, and Infrastructure.
- Lead technical teams through action by stepping into real-world problems and providing hands-on technical judgment.
- Architect connected, scalable systems that bridge AI capabilities with enterprise delivery and customer trust.
- Optimize technology investments by focusing on Inference cost-efficiency (FinOps) and sustainable AI scaling.
- Collaborate deeply with Thai-speaking teams and local clients to ensure clear communication and shared context.
- Lead the transition toward AI-augmented development lifecycles (SDLC) to increase delivery velocity and quality.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and ethical governance (Explainable AI) of all proprietary models and infrastructure.
- Foster a culture of transparency, continuous learning, and honest technical leadership across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical fields.
- 15+ years of solid technical experience, with deep expertise in AI, Data Science, and Software Development.
- Thai-speaking proficiency is required for deep collaboration with local stakeholders and internal teams.
- Strong business acumen with a proven ability to align technical roadmaps with commercial ROI and customer trust.
- Proven track record of Lead-by-Doing leadership, preferring action and mentorship over distance-management.
- Experience in managing modern infrastructure (Cloud-native, Zero-trust security, and scalable data pipelines).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills with a focus on technical substance.
- Familiarity with Insurance-tech or Fin-tech environments and AI regulatory frameworks is a plus.
