Job Overview

This role focuses on serving Chinese clients in Thailand, acting as the dedicated liaison to deliver professional shipping and logistics solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage industry expertise to manage client relationships, coordinate cross-border transportation processes, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the exclusive point of contact for Chinese clients in Thailand, managing the full client lifecycle including demand communication, order follow-up, logistics solution alignment, and after-sales issue resolution.

2. Deeply understand clients shipping needs (e.g., general cargo, special cargo) and collaborate with internal routing and operations teams to provide customized container shipping and multimodal transport solutions.

3. Maintain and nurture client partnerships through regular check-ins, feedback collection, and proactive communication to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and identify potential business expansion opportunities.

4. Support cross-border transportation coordination between China and Thailand, ensuring smooth cargo flow and timely response to client inquiries or operational issues.

5. Bridge communication between Chinese clients and internal teams, facilitating efficient information sharing and solution execution.

Required Qualifications

1. Chinese national, able to work long-term in Thailand (valid work authorization in Thailand is preferred; willingness to relocate to Thailand is acceptable).

2. Bachelor's degree or above, with 2+ years of relevant experience in the shipping/container shipping/international logistics industry.

3. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) as a working language for cross-departmental and cross-regional communication; native-level Chinese proficiency to accurately understand and address Chinese clients needs.

4. Excellent client communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; strong sense of responsibility and ability to adapt to the rhythm of cross-border business.

5. Familiarity with China-Thailand trade logistics characteristics, customs regulations, and cross-border transportation rules is a plus.
