Job Responsibilities:
1. HR Function: Handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll, or training coordination;
2. Production Planning Function: Manage production scheduling, material follow-up, and production coordination to ensure on-time delivery;
3. Supply Chain Function: Support supply chain operations including local procurement, logistics coordination, and warehouse management;
4. Finance Function: Assist in cost verification, local accounting, and financial data alignment between China and Thailand;
5. Cross-cultural Communication: Leverage bilingual skills (Chinese-Thai) to facilitate efficient internal and external communication across departments and cultures.
Job Requirements:
1. Language Skills: Chinese major graduates, or those who can use Chinese/English as working language are preferred;
2. Local Experience: 3+ years of full-time work experience in Thailand preferred, familiar with local business environment;
3. Professional Background: Practical experience in at least one of the following areas: HR, production planning, supply chain, or finance;
