About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Junior HR/Admin/Recruiter to support our growing operations in Rayong. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, communicative, and enjoys interacting with people, with a strong focus on People management, employee engagement, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- Support end-to-end recruitment activities (job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
- Actively engage with candidates and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Coordinate onboarding process for new hires
2. Employee Engagement & Retention- Build positive relationships with employees and maintain regular communication
- Follow up on employee concerns, feedback, and well-being
- Support employee retention initiatives and engagement activities
3. HR & Administrative Support- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave records, and basic HR reporting
- Coordinate office administrative matters (supplies, logistics, documentation)
- Support day-to-day office operations
4. Coordination & Communication- Liaise between management, employees, and external parties
- Provide bilingual support (Chinese-English / Chinese-Thai preferred)
- Ensure smooth communication across teams
Requirements- Chinese language proficiency (Mandarin) is mandatory
- Basic business communication proficiency in English
- No Work visa sponsorship.
- 0–3 years of experience in HR/Admin/Recruitment (fresh graduates are welcome)
