Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in manufacturing excellence and operational performance As our Continuous Improvement & Focused Improvement Leader, you'll play a key role in driving factory transformation by applying Lean, TPM, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help strengthen Mars Supply Excellence (MSE), improve productivity, and build capability across the site while contributing to the long-term success of our Pet Nutrition business.
What You'll Do
As our CHB Continuous Improvement & Focused Improvement Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives – Identify and deliver site CI projects that improve productivity, cost efficiency, waste reduction, and operational performance through Lean and TPM methodologies.
- Drive Factory Performance & Analytics – Support data-driven decision making by analysing manufacturing KPIs such as TRS, MCC, COGS, and efficiency metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Deploy CI Tools & Standards – Implement and standardize CI frameworks, problem-solving tools, and Lean practices across the site to strengthen Mars Supply Excellence (MSE).
- Build Capability Across Teams – Coach and engage associates across operations, technical teams, and cross-functional functions to strengthen problem-solving capability and foster a continuous improvement culture.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
- Relevant Experience – Experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments with exposure to Continuous Improvement, Lean, TPM, or industrial engineering.
- Key Skills – Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive productivity improvements and operational efficiency.
- Soft Skills – Ability to influence stakeholders, collaborate across teams, and inspire associates to adopt a continuous improvement mindset.
- Qualifications – Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
