CIAM Architect - Physicist-ML/AI

Our opportunity:

As our CIAM Solution Architect you'll quickly claim your rightful position in the Professional Services department. You'll work in multidisciplinary, customer-facing project teams composed of architects, project managers, and fellow consultants. Together, you'll sign off on best-of-breed CIAM solutions for corporate clients. Together with these colleagues, you help customers get the most out of the platform. The first is a holistic approach, because CIAM solutions span a wide spectrum of systems/end-users, and are deployed in complex architectures. The usual suspects include client-side architects/developers and business users. After all, they can often provide invaluable empirical information on the needs of their CIAM end users.

CIAM interacts with an extensive spectrum of systems and solutions, so liaising with external vendors (e.g. engineers who build customer portals) is often in scope, too. And while you'll tend to focus on hardcore topics (think flow, integration, et cetera), we definitely welcome your UX/UI insights. Additionally, we expect you to be security obsessed. Our CIAM solutions need to work as advertised for every client. And, by extension, for their customers. We'll really roll out the red carpet for seasoned veteran consultants.

The Role: Engineering Manager (Cloud, Data, Physicist-ML/AI, Enterprise Systems):

As an Engineering Manager at Ost Infinity, you'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and client success. You'll design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures that bridge business needs with technical execution, driving real-world impact across industries like finance, SaaS, and emerging tech.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, values cross-functional collaboration, and wants to shape both strategy and systems. You'll be hands-on with technical design while mentoring teams and engaging clients directly, from pre-sales through delivery.

Key Responsibility:

As a Software Architect under CIAM you will be responsible for designing software solutions that fit into the overall enterprise architecture. This involves selecting the appropriate technologies, designing system interfaces, and ensuring the scalability and maintainability of software systems.

Architecture & Solution Design

• Translate customer and product requirements into scalable, end-to-end technical architectures
• Design systems across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments using modern tools and frameworks
• Build proofs of concept (POCs), architecture diagrams, documentation, and technical proposals
• Ensure architectures align with industry best practices for security, scalability, and performance

Must-Have Experience

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or technical consulting
• Proven success designing and deploying complex, scalable systems at the enterprise level
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs, microservices, and integration patterns
• Familiarity with enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, security best practices, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, you can simplify complexity for any audience
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment
• About You:
• Proven experience; a track record in CIAM would meet with cheers, but if your list of been there, done that acronyms only include the IAM part, we can work with that too.
• You are familiar with Networking (firewalls, TCP/IP, OSI, WAF, etc)
• Knowledge or Good to Know: APIs- XML/JSON/REST/SOAP, ESB/CRM/OMS, ArchiMate, use-cases and sequence diagrams.
• Knowledge or Good to Know: Containerisation- Docker or Kubernetes
• Knowledge or Good to Know: Java/Python/JavaScript/Html, Amazon Web Services (AWS) or other cloud platforms
• Familiar with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
• The confidence to lead fruitful discussions with client-side counterparts, including leadership
• A track record that demonstrates your talent for translating use cases into workable stories
• A background as an integration partner isn't a must, but would help
• You're eager to learn from and share insights with colleagues

• 2,500 – 3,000 USD per month depends on experience
• Vietnam / Thailand / Cambodia working time zone only
• Working hours 08:00-17:00pm Indochina time zone only
