We are seeking an experienced IAM/IGA/CIAM Architect to lead the design and implementation of identity and access management solutions for enterprise and customer-facing applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Cyber Security, IAM/CIAM architecture, and hands-on experience with leading IAM technologies such as Auth0, Okta, Entra ID (Azure IAM), ForgeRock, or Ping Identity. The role requires excellent technical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define and implement future-ready identity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a CIAM/IGA Architect in a customer-facing role, providing expert guidance on IAM strategies, best practices, and implementation roadmaps.
- Design and implement Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) solutions for large-scale enterprises.
- Lead IAM product evaluation, selection, and integration based on business and security requirements.
- Work with at least two of the following IAM technologies: Auth0, Okta, Entra ID (Azure IAM), ForgeRock, or Ping Identity.
- Define and establish IAM security policies, access controls, authentication & authorization mechanisms across various platforms.
- Design and implement solutions that align with Zero Trust Security, adaptive authentication, privileged access management (PAM), and federated identity management principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, application development, and compliance teams, to ensure seamless IAM implementation.
- Develop IAM architecture blueprints, future roadmaps, technical documentation, and best practices for stakeholders.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging IAM technologies, compliance standards, and industry trends.
- Work in a hybrid model (onsite-offshore synergy) to coordinate with global teams and ensure seamless delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in IAM, IGA, and CIAM architecture, solution design, and implementation.
- Strong expertise in at least two of the following technologies: Auth0, Okta, Entra ID (Azure IAM), ForgeRock, Ping Identity.
- Hands-on experience with SSO (Single Sign-On), MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and LDAP.
- Experience in defining IAM governance models, role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and policy-based access controls (PBAC).
- Background in cybersecurity solutions related to IAM, including Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Threat Detection & Response (ITDR), and API security.
- Strong knowledge of IAM product evaluation, vendor comparisons, and deployment strategies.
- Proficiency in writing detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and future roadmaps.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work in hybrid and offshore-onsite synergy models, managing global teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in IAM-related technologies (e.g., Okta Certified Professional, ForgeRock Certified Specialist, Ping Identity Certification, or Microsoft Certified: Entra ID).
- Experience with cloud IAM solutions (AWS IAM, Google Cloud IAM).
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).
- Understanding of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC2.
