The Opportunity

The Process & Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for designing, controlling, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure high efficiency, stability, and product quality. This role also leads Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across the organization using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and drive long-term cost savings.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • You will study, design, and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and stability, analyze and resolve production issues (Troubleshooting) to support real-time operations and develop and maintain process documentation such as WI, SOP, Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
  • You will monitor and analyze key process parameters to reduce variability and maintain process control, collect and analyze data such as cycle time, downtime, scrap rate, and defect rate also lead Lean, Kaizen, DMAIC, and waste elimination projects.
  • You will develop and execute CI roadmaps at the department or organizational level; perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend improvement actions also track project performance and evaluating cost savings and ROI.
  • You will promote a continuous improvement mindset across the organization, execute projects to reduce scraps, shorten cycle time, and increase output and analyze efficiency metrics such as OEE, FPY, yield to identify improvement areas.
  • You will optimize production layout to improve workflow and reduce unnecessary movement, support the design and improvement of jigs, fixtures, and tools to enhance productivity and perform investment analysis and justify project ROI for new technology implementation.
  • You will conduct training on Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and CI fundamentals for employees, support supervisors in process control and operational problem-solving also prepare reports and present improvement results to management.
  • You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 to10 years of experience in Process Engineering, Production, or Continuous Improvement.
  • Knowledge or certification in Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Minitab.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
