CIO Support / Capital Operations Manager

We are seeking a high-trust, highly organized professional to work closely with our Chief Investment Officer (CIO), supporting investor relationships, capital workflows, and execution across strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate investor communications and follow-ups
• Own and maintain CRM accuracy and investor pipeline tracking
• Prepare materials, briefings, and updates for the CIO
• Support execution of capital raise and investment processes Ideal Candidate Profile
• Experience in investment support, family office, venture capital, private equity, or private banking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• High level of discretion, maturity, and reliability
