Job Description

The Role:

AG Mena, a leading international advisory firm specializing in citizenship and residency-by-investment solutions, is expanding aggressively to Thailand. We are seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial professional to build and grow our Thailand client base from the ground up.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating their own pipeline, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through direct client acquisition for our second citizenship & residency programs (including Citizenship for the Carribean, Turkey, Vanuatu, and EU Residency programs such as Greece, Latvia and Portugal).

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and acquire US-based high-net-worth individuals interested in global citizenship and residency solutions

• Build and execute a market entry strategy across Thailand.

• Develop relationships with introducers including lawyers, wealth managers, immigration attorneys, private bankers, real estate brokers, and family offices

• Generate new business through outbound outreach, networking, partnerships, and personal client networks

• Conduct high-level consultations and present tailored investment migration solutions (Caribbean CBI, Turkey, Vanuatu, and European residency programs including Portugal, Greece, and Latvia)

• Establish a strong pipeline and consistently drive high-value deal closures

• Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and private client meetings across Thailand.

• Act as a key contributor in building the company's presence and brand within the Thai market

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in citizenship/residency-by-investment, immigration advisory, or high-value sales

• Proven ability to generate business independently (hunter profile)

• Strong experience working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs)

• Existing HNWI network in Thailand highly preferred

• Background in wealth management, private banking, luxury real estate, or immigration law is a strong advantage

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-growth, market-building environment

• Must be based in Thailand
