Civil Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire civil construction quality process for the project.
• Implement and enforce comprehensive on-site safety protocols and risk control measures.
• Progress Management: Develop and execute construction schedules to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
• Monitor and manage construction expenditures to ensure the project remains within budget.
• Oversee all technical aspects, including the review and implementation of construction methodologies and solutions.
• Manage the preparation, collection, and handover of all construction documentation and archives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and effectively coordinate between the Client, Supervision Team, Subcontractors, and other relevant parties.
• Proactively identify, address, and resolve technical and operational issues arising on site.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction engineering or civil construction management.
• Overseas project experience is a distinct advantage.
• Proficient in civil construction management principles, engineering structures, and familiar with standard construction project procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of construction techniques, quality standards, and relevant construction laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated strong on-site construction organization skills, coupled with excellent communication, coordination, and management abilities.
• Strong sense of responsibility and a proven track record of effective teamwork.
• Able to communicate in English in daily work.
