Job Description

About this role:

  • Execute strategies to develop assigned projects in areas such as agriculture, marketing or manufacturing.
  • Monitor project progress, assess issues and recommend resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Review status of projects and budgets, coordinate schedules, and prepare status reports.
  • Coordinate the operational aspects of assigned projects.
  • Drive and support integration of, and adherence to, corporate and legal requirements in the design and construction of new facilities includes expansion, processes, equipment, and utilities.
  • Collaborate with regional domain leads for domain specific expertise support in build projects.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of related work experience.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations with challenging environmental health and safety aspects.
  • Experience managing third party resources/engineering service provider to deliver business results.
  • Knowledge of the company's environmental health and safety standards and international standards and codes related to build projects and construction safety.
  • Familiar with project management tools such as Microsoft project, AutoCAD, 3D software (BEAMS, NAVISWORK or equivalent) & Primavera.
  • Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
  • Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.
  • Knows the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience participating in executing the strategic development, deploying and delivering of all build project management objectives in a large multiregional company.
  • Ability to work in a global, matrixed company.
  • Identifying, developing and gathering the resources necessary to complete the project.
