Job Description

Bureau Veritas Thailand is looking for a Civil & Structural & Architectural (CSA) Engineer who has hitech / semi conducting manufacturing plant project experience, responsible for the overall coordination and management of the civil, structural, and architectural aspects of the project.

Job Responsibilities

  • Daily Construction Works Diary (photo, video, activity list) Morning and Evening
  • Weekly & Monthly Construction Progress Report (GC and LLEs construction works progress)
  • Weekly Quality Report (GC and LLEs construction works progress)
  • Review all T&C scripts, Witness T&C Activities, Review As-Built Drawings and OMM
  • Monitoring all Site related Inspections as per the Approved Shopdrawings
  • Issuance of CSA related NCR
  • Manage RCA documentation (to review and provide comments) after both Design Consultant and Client PM inputs.
  • Daily Report to the DPM of the works carried out.
  • Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture or relevant experience
  • 5-7 years of experience within CSA, managing large scale projects
  • Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural systems, including design principles, construction methods, and materials
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
  • Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) is advantageous.
