Job Description

Key Responsibilities And Qualifications

Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and structural engineers to ensure cohesive design and integration.
Coordinate with subcontractors and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports.
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Address and resolve any on-site engineering issues.
Develop and review design plans for civil, structural, and architectural components.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
Oversee on-site construction activities related to civil, structural, and architectural elements.
Ensure that construction is carried out in accordance with design specifications and project timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during construction. Safety and Stability:
