Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Handle end-to-end Property & Casualty (P&C) claims services for corporate clients.
  • Serve as the main contact person for all claims-related matters and provide professional client support.
  • Guide clients through claims procedures, policy coverage, required documents, and claim timelines.
  • Coordinate with insurers, loss adjusters, legal advisors, forensic specialists, and internal teams to ensure efficient claims resolution.
  • Monitor claim progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare claims reports, executive summaries, and loss records for management and clients.
  • Support meetings, investigations, and discussions related to complex or high-value claims.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve claims processes and service quality.
  • Provide claims-related guidance, training, and advisory support to clients when required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Insurance, Statistics, Risk Management, Law, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Property & Casualty claims handling or related insurance functions.
  • Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products, policy wording, and claims management processes.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with claims management systems will be an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
