Your responsibilities:

• Handle complex marine claims, including cargo and liability cases, and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Manage and coordinate with clients, loss adjusters, surveyors, and legal advisors.
• Monitor claim quality, assess team performance, and implement improvements where needed.
• Investigate potential fraud cases and manage customer complaints effectively.
• Oversee subrogation and third party recovery processes.
• Prepare management reports, tract outstanding claims, and analyze claim trends.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve claims issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Your profiles:

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, Legal, Logistics, Maritime, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marine claims handling, logistics liability, or related insurance fields
• Strong technical knowledge of marine insurance, cargo claims, and liability coverage.
• Good command in English
