Claims Team Lead – Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance

Experience Required
- 5 to 8 years of end-to-end claims handling experience.
- At least 2 year of team management or leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of claims handlers/adjusters.
- Manage work allocation, team productivity, and SLA performance.
- Review complex claims and provide guidance on coverage and liability decisions.
- Monitor quality, customer service, and operational performance.
- Conduct file reviews, training sessions, and performance discussions.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely claim resolution.
- Support new transitions, workflow, SOP creation, and process improvements.
- Prepare performance reports and communicate with stakeholders.
