Client Advisor (Chinese National)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Chinese national who is fluent in Mandarin and able to communicate in Thai to support client engagement and business growth in the insurance brokerage sector. The role will also take care of Chinese customers and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Take care of Chinese customers and maintain strong relationships
• Manage relationships with Chinese-speaking clients
• Support business development and sales activities
• Provide insurance consultation and advisory services
• Coordinate with insurers and internal teams
• Assist with policy issuance and renewals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese
• Able to communicate in Thai
• Experience in insurance or financial services preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
