The Client Advisor is responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury client experience by providing expert advice on collections, expressing passion for the brand, and building long-term client relationships. The role plays a critical part in creating personalized, emotional, and memorable moments that drive client loyalty and commercial performance.
Role Description:

Other knowledge and skills
- Bachelor's degree in any fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, with proven responsibility for CRM.
- Strong understanding of luxury client behavior, clienteling, and omnichannel retail environments.
- Strong alignment with the brand's aesthetic, vision, values, and heritage.
- Solid understanding of fashion, art, culture, and the luxury retail environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a clear commitment to premium quality and brand standards.
- Solution-oriented and agile mindset, with the ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to feedback, demonstrating a continuous learning attitude and personal accountability for performance improvement.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer-facing roles, or equivalent positions, preferably within a premium or luxury brand.

- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Chinese or other foreign languages are a strong advantage.
